how on Earth did you snap a picture like that while having dinner? Oh wait. Where was that taken? Looks like... reclaimed land.
Aha, this was snapped near bus-stop across the road, opposite MarinaBay-MRT.
The light's actually some street-lamp or flood-light tt's in the middle of that greenery(reclaimed -land myb?) I was trying to capture the way the light dances off the foggy dusk landscape :D
